Displaying Email Subject in Student Notes

In this update, Subject in Students page > Notes tab will now be displayed.

• The Subject will be displayed in the Description column above Email/Notes body in this format:
  • Subject: [Subject of Email or Note]
  • Email: [Email Body] or [Notes]
