Move Group Enhancements

This introduces an update in logic for moving students between groups in Schedule page > Student Groups/Intake tab.

• The New Group the Student can be moved to must meet the following conditions:
  • New Group must have the same Program Instance and is Active.
  • If Intake, Group must have:
    • A Start date
    • AND the Start Date can be a future date OR has a date up to 3 months in the past (New Logic).

• As an example, a student is enrolled to a Current Group has a Start Date 10/12/24.

• The following Active Groups are on the same Program Instance:

• The Group the Sample Student can move to are:
  • Group with Past Date from up to 3 months: Past Group 2 – September 10, Past Group 3 – September 11, Past Group 4 – November 10
  • Group with Future Date: Group 2 – December 11
