Added Enrolment Dates on Certificate Report

This update introduces the addition of Enrolment Start and End Date Columns and Filters to Certificate Report.

Location: Reports > Certificate > Certificate Report

• The following Columns are added after "Program" Column
  • Enrolment Start Date
  • Enrolment End Date

• These fields are also added as filters, that allows users to filter the results of the data table, they are placed after the "Date Issued To:" filter.

• The added columns are also included to the exported report
