Adding Export Unpaid Invoices - Days Before Due Date Field in Xero

In this update, a new field called “Export Unpaid Invoices – Days Before Due Date” has been added to Xero.

Finance page > Xero tab:

• Under the Xero tab, a new field labeled “Export Unpaid Invoices – Days Before Due Date” has been added. The field defaults to 1 and only allows numeric values.

Updated Logic for Exporting Invoices to Xero:

• If “Export Unpaid Invoices – Days Before Due Date” is set to 10 (for example), then unpaid invoices with a due date within the next 10 days or less (and that haven’t already been exported) will now be included in the export. Previously, invoices were only exported if the Due Date was less than the current date.
• Example: If today’s date is 05/03/2025, invoices with a due date of 15/03/2025 or earlier will be exported.
