Organised SMS Modules UI

This update introduces the update on the modules in the Super Admin Portal wherein it's now organised better.

Location: Super Admin Login -> Settings -> Details

•  Updated the layout and design of modules in the Super Admin Portal

Arranged the following modules into two columns

Renamed the following Modules:

"SMS" Module into "Text Messaging":

"Enrolment Form Creator" Module into "Smart Enrol":

• Added a new dropdown field within the Modules Card with the options:

a. Starter: Toggles off all modules except eStore, API, and Enterprise as they would remain unchanged to whatever it's set earlier

b. Maximise: Enable all of the following modules

c. Blank: This is displayed by default and required to ensure they select an option
