his update introduces the ability to set Digital Documents (Digital Docs) within program instances. It allows you to configure a Digital Doc to be available either for all enrollments or specifically for enrollments associated with a particular Program Instance.

 

  • On Templates -> Digital Docs -> Settings A new toggle "Allow for All Enrolments" have been added. It can be found on Enrolment Entity under the toggle "Student Access by Default" for Standard Document Types and under Type Dropdown Field for Signature Type Documents.

    Note: If 'Allow All Enrolments" is toggled off, the name of the Program instances where it is added will be displayed under the toggle

In Program Instance -> Workflows -> After Custom Fields Tab a new tab called Digital Docs have been added. This tab displays a data table wherein Digital Docs that has "Allow for All Enrolments" toggled off can be added.

Note: Whenever duplicating a Program Instance that has a Digital Doc set in its workflows it would also be copied in the duplicated Program Instance

In the Student Page -> Enrolments -> Action -> Digital Docs, Digital Docs that has "Allow for All Enrolments" toggled off are only displayed whenever the related Program Instance of the Enrolment has it added in the Program Instance -> Workflows -> Digital Docs.
