Adding Census Date Range to VSL Fee Notice and VSL CAN

In this update, Census Date Range field is added when issuing VSL Fee Notice and VSL CAN.

This feature is only available for clients with VSL module toggled ON in Super Admin.

The following are key details when issuing VSL Fee Notice and VSL CAN in Student page > Enrolments tab:

• The VSL Fee Notice and VSL CAN modals will now have Census Date From and Census Date To fields added.

• Census Date From and Census Date To fields will filter out Units based on their Census Date on the VSL Fee Notice and VSL CAN document.
  • Computations will adjust accordingly based on the Units that will show on the VSL documents.

• Note: Census Date can be set at Program Instance level, Group level or at Student Unit level.

• Census Date Range fields are not required fields. To show all units regardless of Census Date, users can leave them as blank.
