Added Date Time and User Tag in Group Notes

This update introduces the addition of Date Time and User Tag button with a tooltip labeled "Insert User Name and Timestamp" in Group Notes.

• In Schedule page > Group, a new button with the tooltip labeled "Insert User Name and Timestamp",  when clicked, it inputs the Date Time and User Tag where the cursor was in the Group > Notes HTML Box.
  
  Note: The following format for this tag is "Logged in User's name - Date time"
