Adding Active Toggle to Email Template

In this update, we have added the ability to set an Email Template as Active or Inactive.
Email Templates:
- In Administration > Templates > Email Templates > Add/Edit Modal, a new toggle called "Active" has been added. The toggle defaults to On when adding a new email template.
- In the Email Template DataTable, a “Show Inactive” toggle now appears after the New button. It defaults to Off.
- When toggled Off, inactive email templates will be hidden.
- When toggled On, both Active and Inactive email templates will be displayed. Additionally, an "Active" column has been added to indicate the status of each email template.
- If an Email Template is used in Automations, Program Instance Workflows, or Automated Certificate Creation, it cannot be set to Inactive. If a user attempts to set it to Inactive, the following warning message will appear:
Email Template Dropdown Display
- Inactive email templates will not appear in the Email Template dropdown in the following locations. Only active email templates will be shown:
- Automations > Email Workflow
- Programs > Program Instance > Workflows > Email Workflows
- Administration > Automation > Email Automation
- All Email Modals Across the System
Note: By default, all existing email templates are set to Active for all clients.
