Moodle Upgrade to 4.4.4

Hi team,

We have received couple of ticket concerns that would require upgrading our Moodle version to 4.4.4

1. New Note taking tool under the H5P interactive content - Requester Cairnmillar Institute
   
2. MBZ backup file that contains H5P activity - Requester: AMES
   
3. 596 MBZ restore to migrated LMS site for 2 client - Requester: PM2 and OnShift Education
   
   
   Please let us know if we can push through with the update.
