Active Toggle in Companies page

In this update, an Active toggle has now been added to the Companies page.   

• In Companies page > Details tab, the new Active toggle has been added after the Company Type field.
  
  

When adding new Companies, the Active toggle is set to ON.

Note: The Active toggle is not visible in the Company login portal.

When the Active toggle is OFF, links for External Enrolment and External Course Calendar will be hidden.

Inactive Company

Active Company

On the Companies page, the Show Inactive toggle has been added after the Companies dropdown.

By default, only Active Companies will be displayed on the Companies Dropdown as the Show Inactive toggle is OFF. When toggled ON, both Active and Inactive Companies will display on the dropdown.

Company Contacts can only login to the SMS if the Company is Active = ON.

Changes to Enrolment Wizard

On the Students page > Enrolment tab, when adding new enrolment, Inactive Companies will not show on the following fields:

• Employer
• Agent
• Training Provider Partner
• Host Employer (Vocational Placement Provider)
• Partner RTO in Training Plan tab (for Student Enrolments with Contracts)

For existing Student Enrolments, the Inactive Companies (added before Active was toggled OFF) will still show.

Changes to Tasks

• In Task Admin > Add/Edit Task Modal, in the "Assign Companies" dropdown, it will not show companies where Active = Off for the related client. Otherwise, it will show when Active = On.

  Note: For existing Tasks, the dropdown still displays all active Companies and at the same time the company already set even if that company is now inactive.
  
  
  
  

Automations Page Update

Updated the backend logic for Automations for when emailing Companies by Company Type it will only include only those where Active = On.





The backend logic was also updated for Automations Condition: "Enrolment - Company Type" that it will only include those where Active = On.

When the Recipient Type is 'Company', it will not show companies where Active = Off in the 'Companies' dropdown for the related client. Otherwise, it will show when Active = On.
