Setting User in Unit Outcome History

This update introduces two new columns in the Outcome History table in Students > Units > Expand Unit Row

1. Updated By - When the outcome for a unit is updated, the Updated By column is populated with the first and last name of the currently logged-in user
2. Last Updated - Last Updated column is filled with the date and time when the update was made

• In the updated Outcome History, Updated By and Last Updated columns were added:

• Date Set is changed from 10/04/2025 to 11/04/2025 using the Action > Edit in the Outcome History, Updated By column has been populated and Last Updated column has been updated:

• Outcome is manually updated to Incomplete Due to RTO through Students > Units, Updated By and Last Updated columns have been updated:

• Outcome History is updated by Bulk Update in Reports > Units to Competency achieved/pass, Updated By and Last Updated columns have been populated:

• External enrolments and Moodle updates do not have data for Updated By column, but Last Updated column will be updated:
