Updates to Allow Elective Unit Selection

This update includes enhancements to the Elective Unit Selection.

Program Instance Updates

• In Programs > Program Instance, the "Allow Elective Unit Selection" toggle has been moved from the Details tab to the Enrolment Form tab under the General Settings card.

• When the "Allow Elective Unit Selection" toggle is enabled, a new number input field called "Maximum Elective Units" becomes visible. The entered value:
  • Must be greater than or equal to the Elective Units value.
  • Must not exceed the total number of elective units in the Units tab.

• A database script has also been implemented to update existing Program Instances if "Allow Elective Unit Selection" was enabled previously. The Elective Units value is copied to the Maximum Elective Units.

External Enrolment Updates

• On External Enrolment, the logic has been updated to allow the user to select up to the Maximum Elective Units.

• Note: The system still enforces selection of at least the Elective Units value as per the original logic.
