Smart Enrol as a Student Document

When a student enrols via Smart Enrol, a PDF file will automatically be generated and saved as a Student Document once the enrolment is first saved.

• A PDF file version of the Smart Enrol Form will be generated once the student enrols via Smart Enrol.

• Then this is saved to Students page > Documents tab as Smart Enrol Form – [Enrolment_ID]

• Users will not be allowed to delete this file. Students will not have any access to this file.
• When users do a Print Enrolment from Students page > Enrolment tab or on Student Groups > Students tab, if the related enrolment was done via Smart Enrol, the Smart Enrol Form file will be downloaded.
