Troubleshooting BigBlueButton 

 In case BBB is down, follow the steps below.

 

1.    Inform Scott and BR immediately.

2.    Test and check client sites

3.    Switch Client Sites to Free Version (Temporary solution) 

 

a.     Upon confirmation of BBB issue, switch the BBB Server to Free Version. 

Go to Site Administration > Plugins > BigBlueButtonBN > Update BigBlueButton Server URL and BigBlueButton Shared Secret. 

 

Free Version:  

BigBlueButton Server URL:  https://ecreators-ft.api.roc2.blindsidenetworks.com/bigbluebutton/ ;

BigBlueButton Shared Secret: 509dac267562c10bd5d556a1a7e4acef 

 

If the credentials don’t work, go to Master Site and copy the credentials from there.
