    It is important to note that there is a difference between teamwork and collaboration. When a group collaborates, they work together towards a shared goal. Each group member has the same vision in mind. The same applies to a group that works as a team - they too work together towards a shared goal. However, when a group functions as a team, they work as individuals. This is because everyone has their own set tasks that contribute to an outcome for the team. It is also important to note that all members of a team will have a range of different skill sets, which are essential to achieve a common goal.
