    STUDENT INSTRUCTIONS

    This project requires you to communicate digitally with your peer group. At this stage of the assessment, you will send documents to your workgroup online, review the drafts and make suggestions for improvement.

    When completing this assessment you should:

    Open and use the digital platforms as outlined in your team's Communication Monitoring Plan.
    Prepare all your documentation within designated timelines (as per teacher instructions) and the Communication Monitoring Plan.
    Review your peer's work and make recommendations for any incorrect data and information.
    Name and store documentation in accordance with organisational requirements.
    Exit all applications without information loss/damage.
    TASK LIST
    TASK #1: Draft the Presentation
    Create a draft of your presentation, including slides, coordinating script, and a portion of a printed flyer.

    NOTE: Upload your presentation slides, print media and presentation script in Section 1 as evidence.

    TASK #2: Share Files Electronically
    Create an email list and share your presentation files with the group, asking one team member to review them.

    NOTE: Upload screenshots of an email list and sent email in Section 2 as evidence.

    TASK #3: Review Files and Get Feedback
    Review another team member's work, suggesting improvements or corrections, and send this back to the author. Ask them to do the same for your work.

    NOTE: Upload one of the marked-up documents in Section 3 as evidence.

    TASK #4: Collaborate in a Virtual Group Discussion
    Engage in group discussion through an instant messaging application.
