- Your assessor will mark the observation checklist for the performance skills that need to be achieved and will verify if all criteria have been demonstrated.
STUDENT INSTRUCTIONS Now that the review process has been completed, you will implement the recommended changes on your own presentation materials. Archive your old presentation materials including the reviewed file sent back to you by your peer. Once you have completed this and all group members have updated their documents, send the updated version back to your workgroup via email for a final review. Finally, using an instant message application once more, you will designate roles and responsibilities for collating the materials prior to your presentation with the members of your group.
TASK LIST TASK #1: Finalise and Share Presentation Material
Finalise your presentation materials by implementing the edits suggested by your peer and sharing the new files with the group.

TASK #2: Review all Files and Communicate with the Group
Download and review all presentation material, then collaborate with the group to organise collation of files and aspects of presentation.

TASK #3: Deliver the Presentation
Deliver the presentation to the marketing team (role-played by peers).
NOTE: Refer to 'SECTION 5: Deliver Presentation' below and acknowledge your completion as evidence. Your teacher will complete the Observation Checklist.

DELIVER YOUR PRESENTATION You must now deliver your presentation to the marketing team (class). Your teacher will schedule times for each group to deliver their presentation. After all the presentations have been delivered, the marketing team (class) will vote for their favourite pitch.
